Strategy and methodology in e-learning

We tailor scripts for electronic trainings to the needs of each client.
We work with the client’s materials, we adjust them and  prepare
for trainings. We create courses out of which people learn fast
and with pleasure.  

We cooperate with clients on the strategy formation:

• how to effectively introduce e-learning into society
• how to introduce e-trainings for employees
• which business fields can use e-learning
• what types of courses and solutions are suitable for different employees on varied positions
• what is an optimal time aspect, cost invested and their profitability
• setting of the courses’ and tests’ feedback
• what kind of software solution to choose
• etc.

Creativity and Design

We have strong creative department that provides for professional design
and graphic implementation of courses. To make the courses students
friendly we visualize teaching contents for better understanding
and memorizing the given topic.

Developing

We have developed our own GINGERS LMS (learning management system)
that is the core platform for our courses and enables us to manage the
process of on-line education on internet, intranet or local network..,

Furthermore, we present the possibility to compose own learning application
from our module offer  that would fit client’s needs. By the means of
„make your learning software“ clients can avoid of purchasing of expensive
and closed systems. We develop new versions of GINGERS LMS that helps
us to react flexibly on needs of our clients and new technologies.
